We loved this place so much, that we came back again this year. Antonio who manages the hotel for more than 20 years is a Superhost and makes you feel so welcome and at home (and of course the rest of the hotel team, super friendly) :) It was my Birthday and they even organized a little cake and some Bubbles. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by olive trees and green landscape. You definitely need a car (but this in general if you're not staying in Palma) and you can reach e.g. Soller, Deia suuuper fast within max. 20mins. Rooms are perfect for a couple (haven't seen the bigger ones if you're travlling with Kids. But also saw a family of four during our stay and they seemed super relaxed), you have enough space for all your clothes. Cozy atmosphere and of course given that you're in Spain, on the country side, you see an insect from time to time, but nothing that could kill you (and I'm easily scared). The outdoor area is just beautiful, exactly what you would imagine if you're travelling to your home away from home place. Loved this place so much that it became a small happy place for me. 100% great place if you're searching for some peace and quiet and to enjoy the "still life". Just as Info - The road to get to the hotel is a bit bumpy and if you're not a skilled driver don't worry, just drive the narrow road slowly. It's not steep at all and it will be worth your while :)

The property was exquisite! Perched up on the side of a hill with a view of the picturesque town of Valldemossa, the hotel is a restored 180-year old olive oil mill. The shared rooms were perfect examples of old Mallorcan homes — subdued colors, varied textures, homey and warm — and the guest rooms were immaculately clean and simply beautiful. Breakfast and delicious candlelight dinner under old olive trees, with goats and sheep traversing the perfectly manicured stone terraces, made it a lifetime memory. Antonio, the manager, was the cherry on top!

The location was perfect, up the hill from the main road, with a direct view to Valldemossa. The property was very charming, a centuries old building repurposed for a small hotel, with a loving living room, swimming pool and plenty of spaces to relax. The staff were very friendly and accommodating particularly the manager, Antonio. Breakfast was included, and we used the option on a few nights of dinner in the dining room which was excellent. The bar was open 24/7-we enjoyed our wine by the fireplace in the evenings. We will be back!

The welcome you receive from Antonio & Carmen is incredibly warm to start with and Antonio and his staff really look after you whilst you are there. Nothing is too much trouble at all. The property is beautiful, as is the quiet setting! The location to Valldemossa is very convenient, a thirty minute walk and Antonio will guide you to which restaurants' to eat at and where to spend your time. I was very reluctant to leave but you make some excellent memories there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a destination hotel. It is an old olive farm that has been lovingly converted (as minimally as possible) into a beautiful, luxury hotel. It is authentic, peaceful, food is great. The biggest asset is its staff, in particular Antonio the manager (and his beautiful dog Carmen) and also Adrianna (sp?), the hostess. I almost want to go back just to visit them. For those wondering, it's a 30 min (2 km) walk into town along a quiet path/side road. No need for taxi's if you're used to walking.
